I became a licensed Realtor in 2010, but have been fortunate to have success come very quickly. I have been a multi-million dollar producer each year having sold several homes and condos with significant price tags. My favorite part of the process is helping people along the next step in their life path, whether it is downsizing, upsizing, relocating, investing or retiring.
I was born and raised in Rochester, NY where my family still lives. After playing Division 1 golf at Campbell University in North Carolina, I turned professional and continued playing competitively and teaching for the next eight years. Five of those years were spent at the prestigious Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, which has hosted 10 major championships. Winter months were spent in Palm Beach County working at some of our most exclusive golf clubs, including Loblolly, Hobe Sound and Old Marsh. This is when I fell in love with the area and decided to live here full time. My uncle was a prominent builder in my hometown, so I had been around home construction my whole life. This made for a seamless transition from golf to real estate.
I am not your average Realtor. Being a former professional golfer and teacher, I already had a vast and detailed knowledge of the golf courses in the area and the communities that surround them. In addition to that, I translated my hard work and practice ethic from golf into extensive research and an additional storehouse of knowledge on waterfront homes and condominiums. I believe I have truly earned the designation as a “Waterfront and Golf Community Specialist”.
